With 400 homes already acquired in 1988 and another 367 home earmarked by Blacktown Council under the Draft BLEP to be rezoned and land acquired.....
The main issues facing the group of residents regarding the BLEP are:
Class Action Law Suit
As of 5 September 2013 Gordon and Slater have agreed to take up our case against Blacktown Council, with a Class Action (a group of people together) being prepared under DUTY OF CARE. At the present moment there is no cost.

Draft BLEP to date
Over 800 submissions from the community have been submitted to Blacktown City Council in relation to the Draft BLEP. These submissions are currently being reviewed by Council. Initially we were told that the submission will be ready in August, then September, October and now probably November or December 2013.
